We use a custom-built maintenance program calculator, developed by our team, to provide transparent and accurate pricing tailored to your property. Here’s how we calculate costs:

  • Prices are based on the exact size of your lawn and beds, ensuring you only pay for the care you need.

  • Properties with larger, more mature shrubs or heavily planted beds may have higher costs due to increased maintenance time.

  •  More trees mean additional time spent on leaf control.

  • Properties farther from our existing routes may have slight adjustments for travel time.

  • Properties near an active maintenance client will receive a 5% discount.

Our Maintenance Programs

At LandGreen Landscaping, we offer flexible and comprehensive 12-Month Maintenance Programs and Seasonal Programs to suit your needs. Both options have the same yearly cost—the difference lies in how the payments are spread out:

12-Month Programs: Payments are split over 12 months, giving you a lower monthly cost and ensuring services continue throughout the dormant winter season.

Seasonal Programs: Payments are split over 8 months (March–October), with all services provided during the active growing season.

Paying for Your Service—What to Expect
Payment is collected at the beginning of each month for that month’s services. 

We offer two convenient payment options:

  • Card on File: We can securely store your card information and automatically charge it at the start of each month.

  • Pay by Check: For maintenance services, we accept check payments, which must be mailed before the first of the month, with a minimum payment of $400. If your monthly service cost is below this minimum, you will be put on a quarterly payment plan.
